ABOUT OUR STORE

Our store is the only one of its kind in the desert Southwest. We are the only retail store offering indoor tropical bonsai, including flowering varieties, which we train and pot ourselves. We have the largest selection of bonsai tools, books, videos, and supplies in Arizona, and we package all of our own potting mixes for bonsai. We feature the Dyna-Gro line of complete plant nutrition, which we use on all our bonsai. David and Judy Meyer own the store, and were the original founders of the Tucson Bonsai Society in 1972. David has been teaching bonsai throughout Southern Arizona since 1974, has served three terms as a Director of the American Bonsai Society, and was national convention chairman twice. He continues to serve as President of the Tucson Bonsai Society, and Judy is Secretary-Treasurer. Classes are offered at the store on a regular basis, and are limited in size.

Our Gallery of Asian art and gifts has evolved because as shoppers in Tucson and Phoenix/Scottsdale, we were unable to find many items we were looking for, and decided to open this larger store three years ago.

The store is conveniently located in the Western Warehouse Plaza, near Walgreen's at Jessica & Broadway (midway between Wilmot and Kolb.)
